MODAEST is a family owned, sustainable fashion-design workshop. Our ethical business employs workers from disadvantaged environments, we order locally just the quantity of materials we need, making as little waste as possible. The generated fabric and thread waste are recycled and repurposed into pet beddings, oven gloves, etc. Kindly note we are not a fabrics supplier, nor do we keep stock of textiles or accessories. We have invested in the latest machineries and all our employees have at least 10 years of experience. Currently having in our staff: 18 workers, and we are constantly expanding and hiring. Our labor costs are minimal. We can mass-produce anything from vests, t-shirts, hoodies, blazers, dresses, skirts and more. Our current Capacity is between 900 – 2900 articles / month, depending on their complexity. In the technique of stratified zirconium or cutback (vestibular stratification) with E.max ceramics, we can make extended bridges with a maximum of two indentations.We also use with great success the monolithic crowns and bridges (up to 3 elements) made of IPS e.max Zircad Multilayer.- RPF Integral-ceramics IPS e.max - works from pressed ceramics e.max Press or milled ceramics e.max Cad. It has a superior aesthetic, recommended especially in the front area, where, with the help of veneers and crowns, we can get a perfect smile.- RPF metal-ceramic - made by casting the model in extradur gypsum cls. IV, followed by the processing of the abutments under the microscope, the scanning of the model, the realization of the model design, the printing of the model with carcinizable resin, the casting of the Co-Cr metal with the induction device and the layering with Style by Ivoclar ceramics. Thus, a perfectly adapted and aesthetically special work is obtained.- RPF metal-ceramic with laser sintered metal frame (SLM) - made by making the full digital metal frame by collaborating with a milling center. The product thus obtained is faithful and compact.-
