The Factory of Compound Feed of SAFIR Group of Companies started to operate in 2013. It is an investment of over 5.000.000 € and has as parameters the own farms and of the farmers in the area where they develop their activity. It was opened within less than an year since starting the project. It has at its basis modern new generation technologies with effective nutritive values of the final product. The Factory includes silos of raw and finished materials, specialized laboratory for the total control of the cereals used, as well as of the resulted product and holds the own machinery for specialized transport. As it completes the integrated production chain of SAFIR Group, this investment aims a better quality control of the finished product, the chicken meat made under the brand Deliciosul de Vaslui.

Operation the plant: three phases separation centrifuges (from Andritz) – oil, sludge and water; recovered oil, analys and pomping recovered oil to refinery; extract the sludge from lagoon with excavator and riddle basket, hydraulic Diesel and screw pomp for extraction sludge; pretreatment sludge: separation high solid and heating the sludge with heat exchangers; mixers for sludge; chemicals dosing system (manual and automat systems); dosing pomps; Duplex filters; steam production and delivery to our plant, crud oil farm tank and briqeting cocs plant. Responsibility to respect all QHSE rulls, integrate system ISO 9001; DIN EN 14001; BS OHSAS 18001, respond all authorities audits (helth an safe security work, emergency situation: fire systems, evacuations plans, etc; environmental).
