    Export Ostrich farm was founded in 2009 by a young family from Transylvania, Romania. Since that moment we became the biggest in the country with a constant growth. In the spring of 2017 we opened the new abatoir. To guarantee the quality of our meat Export Ostrich has integrated all the necessary steps in the farm to achieve exceptional products. Egg collection is done from our own ostriches. Healthy cicks are obtained from hatching. The ostriches are fed with natural feed produced in our farm. Slaughtering and meat packing is carried out hygienically safe in our abatoir. Ostrich meat is considered by many experts the meat of the future, is a red meat , highly appreciated by nutritionists for its valuable nutritional properties and low fat and cholesterol intake. Our products are packaged using SKIN PACK. The products shelf life extends up yo 18 days. The visual impact is exceptional, the meat being clearly visible, fresh trough the transparent film. The transparent film perfectly copies the product shape, and when touched the true meat structure can be felt. The risk of product overturning inside package is eliminated. Safe and hygienic , any deterioratin of the pack is easily observed. The casseroles may be arranged on the shelf both in horizontal and vertical position. At the client request we can pack the meat in any way necessary.
