In late 2015 the plans for building a factory in Romania were finished in our headquarters in Bucharest. Our factory is fully functional and is located in the industrial area of the western city Arad, only 50 km to Hungarian border by highway. Using the most advanced machinery that exist in the field today, operated by a professional management and production team, at the beginning of 2017 the production started. A target of 4.000.000 PCS /month is planned to be reached by the end of 2017 and a foreseen target of 10.000.000 PCS/month by the end of 2018. With the skills of around 230 employees in the company group and a total sales revenue of 15.8 million Euro in 2016, we supply our clients with premium quality products at very competitive prices, having more than 30 years of international experience in manufacturing and supplying the most famous bakeries and confectioneries through our group partners in EMEA and Dubai. TeraSteel is number 1 on the market of thermal insulation panels and galvanized structures in Romania and Serbia. TeraSteel has constantly invested in technological development and currently is capable to produce zinc coated profiles and thermal insulating panels with polyurethane foam PUR and flame retardant polyurethane foam PIR, as well as metal accessories. Moreover, TeraSteel offers its clients complete solutions - turnkey halls. TeraSteel production facilities are located in Teraplast Industrial Park in Saratel, Bistrita-Nasaud County (production facility for thermal insulating panels) and in Bistrita (production facility for zinc coated panels). These facilities are equipped with the latest technological lines that allows us to obtain quality products in terms of both technical performance and aesthetics. In 2017, following a 7 million euro investment, TeraSteel has opened a new factory in Serbia - TeraSteel DOO. This is the first production facility of Teraplast Group located outside Romania, but also the first Romanian entirely private owned factory opened abroad after 1990. The investment was meant to complete the production capacity of TeraSteel facility in Romania. Since March 2018, there is also a self-supported corrugated sheets TRS 153-840 production line and from the second half of 2018 began the production of panels with mineral wool. Currently, TeraSteel exports its products in over 25 countries.
