The Cotswold Mill is still owned and run by Father and Son team Paul Matthews and Bertie Matthews the 5th and 6th generation. Situated on the edge of the beautiful Cotswold hills in the village of Shipton under Wychwood this traditional Cotswold mill produces a wide range of quality artisan, organic and specialist culinary and bread flour. We still use the original building that was completed in 1912.
