AF PALLET applies phytosanitary treatment to all types of pallets where indicated by law according to the international standard ISPM n. 15 of the FAO to prevent the spread of parasites and weeds of the forest heritage. Delivery service throughout Italy thanks to relocated warehouses to allow just in time deliveries. AF PALLET daily repairs 10, 000 / 15, 000 pallets used per day, the selection and repair activities are carried out by highly qualified personnel who are constantly updated on repair courses that follow the Epal / Fitok specifications. The production capacity of the plants is high , and the controls guarantee a perfect identification of those defects and breakages that compromise the good use of the pallets . In fact , the pallet advances in several control stations , where based on the selection criteria , it is considered suitable for the Conformity Specifications sanctioned by the Eu r / Epal Technical Standards UIC 435 - 1 , UIC 435 - 2 , UICI 435 - 4 .1 We produce any wood / osb and ispm 15 free packaging, according to customer's requests.

Operating since 2012, ConFoot shipping container support legs are the most lightweight and cost effective container handling solutions on the market today. The high strength steel struts (weighing only 24 kg) can be fitted to any ISO shipping container corner casting in a matter of minutes. Once fitted, a container weighing up to 30 tons can be removed, or replaced onto a truck chassis by just one person. All that's required is a container mounted on a truck's air suspension equipped chassis. After the suspension of the chassis has been adjusted, a truck can simply drive away, leaving a container standing for as long as needs be. Of course, the same procedure can be carried out in reverse to replace the container on the truck. The possibilities for enhancing, streamlining and reducing costs in a supply chain are vast.
