The Dave Butcher Black and White Photo Library contains tens of thousands of images as archivally processed silver gelatine film negatives, mostly medium format 7x6cm and 6x6cm. His images can be seen in numerous advertising and PR projects, and Dave's original black and white pictures are popular with interior designers, businesses and homeowners alike. Black and white prints available through his website are hand printed from film negatives by Dave Butcher in a traditional darkroom using silver gelatin paper. Studio Matamoros was founded in Monterrey, Mexico in 2010 on Calle Matamoros (Matamoros Street) in the ´´Barrio Antigio´´ , or the Old Town. The studio served initially to offer portrait photography and grew to include travel photography with an emphasis on locations with an historical significance. After spending 18 months in Mexico, Lochinvar moved Studio Matamoros to Barcelona Spain in September of 2012. The limited-edition prints available through the Studio Matamoros online store are individually signed and dated by the photographer and come complete with a certificate of authenticity.
