Our qualified technicians carefully and professionally remove parts from delivered cars. We offer a fully insured delivery service, or you can request collection. Japs Spares is an approved ELV facility that will carefully dismantle and dispose of cars that are no longer suitable to be on the road. We’re diligent and will check each and every car in the facility before the depolution process. All the hazardous waste items and fluids will be removed and contained safely. Also, the vehicle owners will be verified and a certificate of destruction will be issued to them. All panels and parts are safely secured and stored in our indoor dry storage units. Parts are ready off on shelf for same day dispatch or collection. Our Vehicles are an excellent source of Japanese spare parts, often they are in mechanically excellent condition and provide genuine used parts at an affordable price.

The high strength steel struts (weighing only 24 kg) can be fitted to any ISO shipping container corner casting in a matter of minutes. Once fitted, a container weighing up to 30 tons can be removed, or replaced onto a truck chassis by just one person. All that's required is a container mounted on a truck's air suspension equipped chassis. After the suspension of the chassis has been adjusted, a truck can simply drive away, leaving a container standing for as long as needs be. Of course, the same procedure can be carried out in reverse to replace the container on the truck. The possibilities for enhancing, streamlining and reducing costs in a supply chain are vast.
