Every year, this cheese-making cooperative from Hauts du Val de Saône processes 35 million litres of milk into soft cheese and cooked pressed hard cheese. The cooperative exports 75% of its soft cheeses. Its know-how means it is able to supply over 3, 500 tonnes of soft cheese to any continent on the planet in a very short period of time.
