With an annual production capacity of 500 000 meters We provide our partners with quick lead times all across Europe. The use of laser welding technology allows to achieve an aesthetic weld seam. Fully automated painting line with a heating tunnel ensures an exceptional repeatability as well as makes our flue pipes smoke free during first use. State-of-the-art sheet rolling technology guarantees perfect roundness of the elements. The flue pipes system contains various elements such as pipes, adjustable elbows, fixed elbows, radiators, reductions, dampers, T- and Y-elements etc. Apart from the flue pipes We also manufacture fireplace inserts (Uniflam DURO), ventilation grids, garden braseros/barbecues and furniture (Artiss), bioethanol fireplaces and fireplace accessories. The broad range of fireplace products allows us to comprehensively supply the fireplace/stove industry. We also offer cooperation services in the following areas: -laser cutting -metal sheet rolling -robotized welding (CMT) -metal sheet bending. Fol-Plast is a production plant which we established as early as in 1987 in Pilawa, in the Mazovian Voivodeship. We produce polyethylene films and packaging. Due to the growing requirements of taking care of the natural environment, since 2002 we have been fully engaged in the purchase and processing of film waste, from which we obtain recycled material and use it for the re-production of film. Above all, our company uses production materials originating from Poland. Fol-Plast offers you: - films on an LDPE roll, - films on a HDPE roll, - MDPE films. Foils on a roll are used in many industries. They are used to pack food and many other products. Their main advantage is the low price in relation to durability. Our films can be purchased in single, double and triple-layer form. We also make foil with ionization and perforation or flexographic overprint. The films are dyed in any colour chosen by the Customer. As an additional service, we produce films containing anti-block, anti-slip substances or UV stabilizers. Our products are manufactured in accordance with safety rules. We also take care to reduce the environmental impact of their production. We launched our operations in 2001. Since then, we have specialised in production of highly durable and functional sheet metal garages. We produce one-car garages or bigger ones, with up-an-over gates, covered with galvanised metal sheets, with gable rooves, strengthened with closed profiles, as well as customised garages. We offer high-quality garage gates: double or up-and-over gates, as well as garage doors. At a customer's request, we can provide heat insulation for the gates or equip them with loopholes. For your pets we have welded, painted and horizontal-panel pens. The company specialises also in production of containers. These are mainly folded, welded or residential containers. We offer assistance in production and assembly of carports. We can also take orders concerning production of one-season or all-year tent halls and performance of steel structures for foil tunnels. Further, we sell steel and galvanised closed profiles, steel pipes or cold-rolled sections.
