Both our drying system and our furnace are developed and made in Poland. Our equipment stands out for its closed air-circulating drying system, which consumes 18 times less electrical energy. Having better control over the entire warming process means the system is more economical and more environmentally friendly. Our systems incorporate an additional layer of safety, protecting the parts to be heated from the risk of overheating if a functional element fails. Furthermore, being responsible for the entire production of the equipment, we can make sure that worn assemblies are replaced quickly.

Our company has been operating since 1995, based in Kozienice, in Mazowieckie Voivodeship, under the business name ZUMiR. We obtain and process microspheres which is heat-resistant and has great insulating and acoustic properties. As a result, the product can be used as a filler for composite materials with isothermal properties. Microspheres are used primarily in construction and production of fire-resistant materials. These products are currently also used in industries such as: - sports, - medicine, - production of plastics, - energy, - automotive, - chemical industry, - printing. We obtain microspheres mainly from Poland and Kazakhstan, and sell it to customers in Europe and North America. Microspheres are packed in: - paper bags up to 20 kg, - big-bags up to 500 kg, - tanks. We transport the packages on pallets protected with heat-shrinkable film to keep the product properties.
