Dohle Marine Services Europe sp. z o.o. was established in 1991 and has its registered office is located in Gdańsk. We are engaged in the search and recruitment of employees on marine vessels. We are looking for seamen, officers and numerous specialists, who want to gain stable employment on attractive terms. We provide services for marine shipyards and other companies handling ships. We conduct recruitment for different positions on container ships, tankers and other types of vessels. Workers are provided with work apparel and social services. We provide all types of uniforms, work clothing and epaulettes. We book flight tickets and provide assistance in travel arrangements. We also offer assistance in providing documents necessary to work abroad. We provide medical certificates and prepare letters of guarantee. As a port agent, we organize the ship's arrival and departure. We provide the documents necessary for briefing, offer assistance to the crew during the standstill and arrange replacement of the crew. We also offer technical support services. We cooperate with shipyards and ship-owners. Our staff includes specialists, such as electricians, shipwrights, fuselage assemblers, sanders, automation technicians and many others. Our shipyards specializes in wooden yacht reconstruction and repair. We rebuild and customize the boats to meet the individual client's needs. During our 20 year history we have realized projects of different size - from few meter sailing yachts and motorboats, up to 25 meter sailing ships. We provide advices in terms of shipwright knowledge and designing, thanks to our cooperation with one of design offices from Tricity. By working on wooden yachts we realize our passion. We cultivate shipwright knowledge and skills, caring so that our oldest and most experienced shipwrigths pass it on to the younger ones. We join the tradition with newer technologies aiming to obtain best final results.
