We specialize in the production of acid-resistant steel equipment for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, food and related industries. The basis of the company's operation is the knowledge of specialists, production potential, modern technology, attention to the quality of the material produced and more than 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of equipment. Full, in-house facilities: production hall, construction office equipped with computer aided design systems CAD (INWENTOR) allows us to carry out projects, both according to individual customer needs as well as entire technological lines along with automation in 3D system. BOCCARD KATES carries out projects, equipment and process lines (including in HACCP, GMP standards) and provides assembly, commissioning, service of manufactured equipment, validation, full certification with CE mark, EX and full cycle of acceptance i.e. FAT/ SAT, OQ/IQ, DQ. We design, manufacture and certify equipment for explosive atmospheres, (in accordance with the requirements of Directive 9/94/EC ATEX), which by their operation cover dusty and gaseous atmospheres of II explosiveness group and equipment of 1, 2, 3 categories, temperature classes T1-T6. The devices we manufacture are pressure-vacuum reactors, homogenizing mixers, compact mixers, process equipment and many others.

Our company has been operating since 1995, based in Kozienice, in Mazowieckie Voivodeship, under the business name ZUMiR. We obtain and process microspheres which is heat-resistant and has great insulating and acoustic properties. As a result, the product can be used as a filler for composite materials with isothermal properties. Microspheres are used primarily in construction and production of fire-resistant materials. These products are currently also used in industries such as: - sports, - medicine, - production of plastics, - energy, - automotive, - chemical industry, - printing. We obtain microspheres mainly from Poland and Kazakhstan, and sell it to customers in Europe and North America. Microspheres are packed in: - paper bags up to 20 kg, - big-bags up to 500 kg, - tanks. We transport the packages on pallets protected with heat-shrinkable film to keep the product properties. We also offer the recovery and use of other waste, such as slag, ash-slag or fly ash, utilised for land reclamation and in the construction industry. Feel free to contact us - ZUMiR.
