The company VolaPlast OOD has two main business fields: - Assembling of systems technology for the automotive and other industries - Production of technical plastic parts for the automotive and medical industry VolaPlast OOD is part of the German VolaPlast Group, one of the most modern and innovative plastic processing companies in Europe. Founded in 1961 in Germany, VolaPlast employs today almost 250 people at its German and Bulgarian locations and is owner-managed in the 3rd generation. Technical plastic parts at the highest level are produced for the automotive and medical industry for more than 60 years. In addition, VolaPlast is one of the global market leaders in the area of system technology for the automotive industry with a main focus on windshield cleaning systems. Thanks to its high innovations strength, VolaPlast succeeds in adapting to the changing market conditions in the automotive industry. Today, VolaPlast is well-established in the future-oriented markets of autonomous driving and sensor technology and was able to achieve a high level of independence from the combustion engine. In order to meet the high customer requirements also into the future, the family company has established its first production facility outside of Germany in Kyustendil, Bulgaria in 2021.
