Ferretti dessert is the result of Sandro Ferretti's long and rich experience in ice cream and frozen pastry. His dream has always been to become a pastry chef. In 2006 he joined the Academy of Italian Master Confectioners(AMPI) and became a Master Confectioner. His passion for his work led him to found in 2011 his own business in the field of small frozen pastries with Sweets Factory, which is the productive heart of Ferretti Dessert.
