For projects and the manufacturing industry, we supply Pol Coatings under our own brand. We offer innovative primers, lacquers and protective coverings for floors, walls and various outdoor applications. These products have been developed with user-friendliness and easy processing in mind. Safety, the environment and very low emissions of these substances are of paramount importance. Production that guarantees strong quality control and ensures compliance with international regulations. Health of the user is our most important spearhead. By developing and producing exclusively water-based coatings, we distinguish ourselves from the majority of the industry. It takes longer and involves more intensive development to create water-based coatings that are of higher quality than solvent-based coatings. However, it has been worth it: our products are not harmful in processing either, and that is our spearhead. Through years of product development, we have been able to refine our water-based coatings and offer our customers high-quality products. Thanks to our unique process, we can produce a delicious and crunchy coating on the best nuts in the world (from 4mm up to the whole nut). As a student, Diederick van Merkestijn started coating nuts in 1999. The cosy street carts are long gone when he decided to bundle his passion, experience and expertise into a new company, called Virgin Nuts. Since then - we're talking 2008 - many thousands of tons of delicious coated nuts have left the Virgin Nuts factory, supplying more and more customers with a superior natural and fresh taste sensation. Besides honey, we have other great flavours, like cinnamon, maple, caramel, vanilla and gingerbread. Optionally the sweet base can be combined with a savoury, like sea salt, chili, pepper, rosemary, coco, etc. Working with only natural ingredients and adding high quality and good service to our products, purchases turn into long-term customer relationships. And with our passion for nuts, new ideas and flavours the number of (inter)national partnerships is growing strongly. The Virgin Nuts factory is spacious and both lean and dynamic.
