Nils – my co-founder – comes originally from the field of tool manufacturing, and was therefore often making international trips to maintain or manufacture tools. At that time, I was responsible for introducing a food concept throughout Germany. These two activities had one thing in common – travel. In fact a lot of it. It was precisely because of this that it was all the more important for us to take our food with us, for monetary and environmental reasons. We privately decided on stainless steel lunch boxes to solve our food and transport problem. But at the time, these models were made from cheap stainless steel, were not food-safe and wore out. Due to our collective experience with poor lunch boxes and Nils's production expertise, we were able to produce significantly improved lunch boxes!
