During its activity the company obtained large experience in manufacturing of steel structures and entered to the international market, establishing stable and mutually beneficial relations with different suppliers and customers. Automatic band saws and gas-plasma cutting are used for cutting metal. Welding works are produced with the help of modern semi-automatic machines with the use of various gas mixtures, which allows obtaining high-quality seams of a large extent. The company has a production space and modern equipment for manufacturing of steel structures in a volume of 300-350 tons per month. The steel structures are produced by highly qualified specialists whose quality of work, as well as the equipment of the company have all the certificates of compliance. Our metalising & spray painting factory was founded in the early 1990s, in Chester – almost 30 years of experience! Well equipped with a range of automated machinery & tool room where new tooling is worked on & repaired. Vacuum metallising, or PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition), is the process of physically plating a metal material onto a plastic part in a vacuum chamber. The evaporation of the metal occurs by metal wire being in contact with a heat source (electrically charged tungsten filament) in a closed chamber under high vacuum. The lack of pressure lowers the boiling point of the metal which causes the liquid metal to change to a gaseous phase. The metal vapour encounters the oxygen in the air forming a stable oxide layer on the surface of the components. This gives the component an environmentally friendly, decorative metallic coating (check out our Gallery to see finished products). Metallised plastic components can be recycled and is a great alternative to traditional metal shrouds or over-shelled options which can’t be easily separated for recycling.
