Our organization consists of two Business Units: Large generators and Medium sized generators and Motors, employing a staff of more than 460 employees and having 25000 m2 of production facilities. We have own in-house design powered by CAD-CAM system and Enterprise Resource Planning business management system. Each project means one team of experts so the knowledge and skills of our experts are built-in in all our products. We are working on continuous research and development in cooperation with the Končar - Institute for Electrical Engineering Inc. and the University of Zagreb. Our main goal within the following period is to remain customer oriented, follow the market requirements and achieve further growth of production paying special attention to the environmental protection.

Romania

Mecanex is the only Romanian company specialized in the production of industrial pumps, active for more than 45 years, with an impressive portfolio. We are one of the most established foundries in the country and an important industrial producer in Romania. Our activities include the design, manufacture and the sale of pumps, motor pumps, electro pumps and various castings of cast iron and steel, both for Romania and for the European Union. Currently, we produce over 20 types of pumps in approximately 20000 variants and sizes, adapted to the needs of our customers, having applications in agriculture (irrigation and draining), energy industry, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, hydro-transport, water supply and others. Among the major clients with whom the company has worked, we would like to mention: OMV Petrom, Arcelor Mittal, National Agency for Land Improvements, Oltenia Power Complex, Hidroelectrica and Electric Power Company Bucharest. We also have collaborations with partners from Italy, Austria and Germany.

Elprom Troyan was established in 1945 and so far the main activity has been the production of mono-phase and three-phase induction electric motors for common use, electric motors with brakes and electric motors for lifting transport mechanisms. Production range: 1. Three-phase induction electric motors with frame sizes from 63 up to 160, with Rated Output from 0, 18 kW up to 15, 0 kW which are used in Machine-Building for operation of different types of machines and mechanisms. 2. Mono-phase induction electric motors with frame sizes from 63 up to 100, with Rated Output from 0, 18 kW up to 3, 0 kW which are used in Machine-Building for operation of different types of machines and mechanisms. 3. Three-phase induction electric motors with non-adjustable electromagnetic brake with frame sizes from 63 up to 160, with Rated Output from 0, 18 kW up to 15, 0 kW which are used for lifting mechanisms of hoists, for hoists motion mechanisms and for operation of reduction gears. 4. Frequency controlled Induction electric motors with independent cooling system . 5. Special and non-standard induction motors - according to the requirements of the customers. Elprom Troyan may pride itself on the fact that for its 70 years of history it has manufactured and sold over 27, 000, 000 electric motors in 12 countries all over the world.
