Unlike single motorised guillotine shears, HSK guillotine shears with electric control are used for cutting or trimming metal sheets. However, it is also possible to cut other materials, such as plastics, CRP/GRP, non-woven fabric, foam and precious metals. This is mainly in the form of panels but is also possible in the form of reshaped workpieces, such as stamped parts and profiled sheet metal, or direct from the coil.
