Our products are in high demand as "Private Label" mainly from Europe and America which has the mission to make quality mattresses that are centered on value for the consumer. KAYBED has Turkey’s most modern production plant, and its production is full automatic on 10.000 SQM. At the same time, it manufactures special handmade mattresses.Different materials: Bonnel-, Pocket Spring, Memory Foam and Latex are part of the production from KAY-BED. Furthermore KAY-BED has an extra capacity for the production of mattress covers.Box Springs and adjustable Beds are also an important part of our product spectrum. With its innovative packing systems, KAY-BED is able to do customer-driven, hygienic and steady packing with its roll, press and duplex plastic technics. We are a group company in which Mert Makina produces for 22 years machines for the mattress sector. We are in possession of Quality Certificate ISO 9001: 2008 and go on with continuous R&D activities to increase the quality.
