The location of premises is on the organized industry zone and it is very close to Sabiha Gokcen Airport as around of 30 km in Istanbul's Asian side. Our firm founded an aluminium billet foundry in 1995, it has offered servise to the sector by casting special alloyed billets until 2005. In 2005 our firm started to produce special alloyed industrial profiles which it has difficulty production in turkey by establishing extrusion profile plant. Our firm produces industrial profiles that are suitable particularly for 2000-5000-6000-7000 series metal cutting require high resi̇stance and profiles intended for defence industry. Especi̇ally we are producing hard alloyed round bars, flat bars, square bars and pipes. We have 4 extrusion presses : 1 - 1100 mt - 2 - 1800 mt - 3 - 2000mt i̇ndi̇rect - 4 - 2750mt our montly producti̇on capacty i̇s about 1500 tonnes

The company was set up in 1991 and in short period of time became one of the most important companies in foundry and heat engineering. The foundry uses two technologies – casting in sand moulds and casting in metal moulds, depending on customer´s request, quantity required, complexity of casting and - last but not least - quality requirements. When the castings is cast, such operations as trimming, grinding and shot blasting are performed and, if the customer requests so, also additional operations, such as thermal processing, machining, impregnation, varnishing and semi-assemblies.
