Our plantations are located in sunny, western part of Herzegovina, in a small sunny village Vitina, near city of Ljubuški. Great geo-location, Mediterranean climate, karst terrain, homegrown seedlings and huge dedication to work are guarantees of quality for our products. Also, we have organic certificate for our essential oils that match along with EC regulations no 834/2007. Helichrysum italicum is a Mediterranean flowering plant of the daisy family Asteraceae. It grows on sunny rocks area, up to 60 cm high, with thin leafs and yellow flowers. It grows on dry, rocky or sandy ground around the Mediterranean. The stems are woody at the base and can reach 60 cm or more in height. The clusters of yellow flowers are produced in Summer, they retain their colour after picking and are used in dried flower arrangements. Long time under Sun decides it's aromatic characteristics. Helichrysum that grows in Adriatic areas contains different aromatics matters with most important being: ital¬idion, α-caryophyllene, γ-kurkumen, α-pinene, β-pinene, linalool, geraniol, nerol.
