Located in the Hauts-de-France region, LA BRASSERIE DE VAUCELLES is a craft brewery that respects the monastic brewing tradition of the 12th century. We prepare our natural beers using carefully sourced and selected local raw materials: - Vaucelles spring water, - malt, - yeast, - hops. We do not use any chemical products, flavours or treatments. All our beers are pure malt. At our responsible and committed brewery, we produce an environmentally-friendly beer. All our barrels are 100% stainless steel and are produced in a French factory. Our French craft beers are natural, flavoursome and authentic. They are produced and bottled on site at our brewery. Our range includes: - genuine abbey beers, - tasting beers, - Christmas beers, - pop-up beers, - lagers, - brown beers, - amber beers, - modern and flavoured beers: LA COCOTTE, - IPAs. We accompany professionals and private individuals in organising their projects: seminars, fairs, private evenings… Traders and restaurateurs, are you interested in selling our beers? We are the first brewery to introduce low sugar beer into the UK market, having in mind the particular needs of the ever growing number of health conscious consumers who do not want to compromise on taste or quality. We take great pride and care in each step of the brewing process, ensuring our beer retains its distinctive flavour as well as its purity. Furthermore, unlike many big breweries, we don't use enzymes in order to accelerate the fermentation process. Our Low Sugar Blonde has only 0.3gr of sugar per 100ml, that's about 10 times less sugar than the average beer. Less Carbohydrates meals 500ml only has 175 calories. This beer has a light fruity aroma, matching its soft royal colouring.
