Typical first stage machining processes would include Trepanning, Cutting, Turning, Milling, Boring and Drilling. If you have the requirement, we are carrying good stocks of F51 & F55 Flange Blanks or could accept your free issue material to machine. Our West Midlands facility is fully equipped with Heat Treatment, CNC Lathes, Vertical Millers, Radial Arm Drills, Multi Head Bevelling Machines, Automatic/Manual Saws, and alongside some of the largest cold extrusion presses in Europe we can offer the full service from design to manufacture and in house testing and examination. As Baylan Water meters we are one of the leading brass foundry in Europe. In our production line, we are able to cast DN15 to DN50 brass bodies, forge single jet bodies up tu 165mm. As raw material CC754S, CC754S UBA approved, CC752S, CW617N and Ecobrass are used in production. Baylan expanded its product range by adding volumetric and ultrasonic meters from size DN15 up to DN200. In addition Baylan Company is capable of producing brass bars, billets and ingot in its own facility. %50 of the production is exported to North Africa, and Europe. The brass rods and billets are produced according to European Norms and Standards. Bars bars diameters are from 20mm to 50mm, Billet diameters from 160-200mm
