Typical first stage machining processes would include Trepanning, Cutting, Turning, Milling, Boring and Drilling. If you have the requirement, we are carrying good stocks of F51 & F55 Flange Blanks or could accept your free issue material to machine. Our West Midlands facility is fully equipped with Heat Treatment, CNC Lathes, Vertical Millers, Radial Arm Drills, Multi Head Bevelling Machines, Automatic/Manual Saws, and alongside some of the largest cold extrusion presses in Europe we can offer the full service from design to manufacture and in house testing and examination. Formit produces special tools and devices, assembling devices, quality control devices, fixtures, drop-forging, blanking and stamping dies, grinded profile rollers, dies, stamps, zig-zag blades, injection moulds, models for casting and welding sets. K.P. Formit manufactures also special machinery and equipment prototypes. These equipment prototypes are realised on the ground of a documentation established further to the client's requirements or in accordance with the documentation given to us by the client.
