"Dneprometiz" is located in the city of Dnipro, known as the center of industry, including outside Ukraine. The enterprise has more than 130 years of experience. Today the plant is a leading manufacturer of hardware in Ukraine, specializing in the production of low-carbon and high-carbon wire. Products of "Dneprometiz" are used in mechanical engineering, construction, agriculture, during repair work, in the service sector and other areas of activity.The company's products are in demand both in Ukraine and in European countries. The geography of export supplies covers more than 25 countries. The company is constantly working on creating new solutions for end users and customers of products.In June 2021, Dneprometiz began production of 3D and 2D welded mesh for sectional fences. The raw material for the welded mesh is zinc and zinc-aluminum coated wire. Sectional fences need to be strong and durable as they have to withstand harsh weather and other environmental influences. To guarantee the resistance of fences to these factors for many years of operation, high precision in production and additional means of protection against corrosion of galvanized wire are needed. A galvanized wire pretreatment process has been introduced in the technological line for the application of polymer coatings. For this, a complex of the latest Western European equipment has been installed. Corrosion resistance of fence panels 3D and 2D is increased by 5 times.

Finland

SmartLift CASA 1000 is a new innovative lift for residential use. It can be installed indoor for maximum lift height up to 1000 mm as well as outdoor. It is suitable for places where you need a lift for wheelchairs but dont want the lift to take up much floor space. This lift takes up only around 34 cm x 113 cm and the controlbox including hydraulic pump and electricity can be placed on a separate place, even several meters away. The lifting frame and body is zinced and on top of that it is also powder coated and heated up. This treatment makes it to resist different chemicals and of course moisture and water without corrosion. Same treatment is used on lifts for pools. Also the electrical and hydraulic unit are placed in IP rated enclosures, and depending on the need, the IP rating of these enclosures and controls can be as high as IP67. This SmartLift Casa 1000 is operating on 230V AC but this means this electrical power is used only for charging the 12V 60A battery. If you need it to operate on 110VAC we can simply replace the batterycharger into that voltage. The hydraulic pump operates from a 12V 60A batterypack that operates even with no charging attached to it making it independent in power failure situations. When power from utility comes back, the battery will again go back to charging mode and you have soon a full battery charged.
