All of the waste materials generated during processing, such as wood bark, wood chips and sawdust, are further processed to produce marketable finished and semi-finished products. For example, sawdust is used to produce pellets and briquettes, and blocks are used to make transport pallets. The wood residues are used to power five in-house biomass heating plants. The high-quality wood products originate from sustainable, certified forests.

"Yuzhny Polyus" edible vegetable oil is produced from sunflower seeds, which are tested in the plant's own laboratory. The seeds undergo cleaning and drying, hydrothermal treatment and roasting. Oil is refined in several stages, including hydration, deodorization, neutralization, removal of free fatty acids, and dewaxing. The oil plant offers refined deodorized sunflower oil directly from the manufacturer. The oil is available in bottles packed in boxes and placed on euro-pallets (EPAL) or filled into rail or road tankers and containers. Shipments are supported by all relevant documents: waybills, CMR, declaration of conformity, quality certificate or certificate of health. The complete list of documents shall be specified in a contract. Packing vegetable oil in bottles and boxes with the customer's logo is available.

The Cushion pads are easy to clean, a simple wet cloth is more than enough. In some variations you can remove the pads from the seating to store away indoors when not needed. We offer, the full seat and back pallet cushions, as well as seat only cushion, back only cushion, half seat cushion and has back cushion as well. We do also offer bespoke cut to size pallet cushion pads as well.
