To help the family make end meet, Ms Chhan began to prepare spring rolls and samosas for associations. During this time, the young Sek pursued his studies, never forgetting the culinary and commercial experience acquired with his mother. He reproduced the family recipes and opened a small shop called "Les nems de mon enfance" in the Loire, with the help of Noemie. In just a few weeks, after moving to new premises, "Les nems de mon enfance" will continue to produce the highly appreciated spring rolls and samosas.
