The LAURENS estate specializes in the traditional production and sale of wines, aperitifs, and spirits. Thus, the estate produces AOC Marcillac rosé, red, and old vines wines, as well as rosé, red, white ratafias, gentian, and caresse, along with fruit brandies made from plum, wild plum, William pear, gentian, rowan, and Marcillac pomace. The estate spans 21 hectares with an average age of 20 years. The LAURENS estate practices sustainable agriculture.
