Deposits of ash and dust are consequently prevented. In contrast to other methods, acoustic cleaning keeps clean surfaces clean. As acoustic sound waves expand spherically, they can reach even the rear sides of complex structures by reﬂection. We continuously develop energy-saving strategies, taking structural physics into account, while also always fulfilling the aesthetic and comfort requirements for your log cabin. To meet the highest standards, we have one of the state-of-the-art "Hundegger" production facilities for constructing log cabins – the "Hundegger K2 i". This CNC-based, five-axle milling machine, which is approx. 30 m in length, allows us to undertake cuts or milling work with millimetre precision and makes it possible to construct highly complex designs, according to your individual requirements. Thanks to our "Hundegger K2 i", we can achieve an extremely high degree of prefabrication, which can considerably reduce the overall construction period.

Through a state-of-the-art machine park, flexible organisation and consistent CAD/CAM technology, we manage to supply turned and milled parts of top quality and astonishingly quickly. From prototypes to the 20, 000th series. Materials: Aluminium, steel, stainless steel or titanium. Geometries: The more complex the better! We achieve astoundingly short delivery times through personnel capacity, flexible organisation and clever solutions for our own fixture construction. If required, we produce in three shifts. Furthermore, we anodise aluminium components ourselves and moreover maintain the best partnerships with surface coaters. So it is not rare for us to produce a small series of turned or milled parts in two weeks.
