After he worked as a graphic designer in advertising agencies in Innsbruck, then he moved to Vienna to study at the university of applied arts. After graduation 1984 he foundet his own studio. Grissemann is author and illustrator of children's books. He is a winner of an Austrian stamp design-competition, successful participant and finalist at international competitions. His works and posters were published by "Idea" - Japan, "Design Journal" - Korea, 38th Annual - Society of Illustrators New York, International Design Yearbook 2009 - China, "Graphis Design 96", 2014, 2015 N.Y.
