The technology has revealed perfect flexibility in terms of obtaining different structures and compositions of the material even including continuous, gradient and multi-layered coatings. Besides α-βTa could be obtained/of interest in a form of thin sheet detached from substrate By our method, we obtained a thick Nb coating and measuredTc - Critical temperature transition to superconducting state. So we saw that our method of coating is perfectly suitable for production of superconducting Nb coatings.
