The convention center consists of two buildings: The Hemicycle, a magnificent amphitheater with 646 seats and former seat of the European Parliament, is unique in the country. The second building regularly hosts meetings of the Council of Ministers of the European Union. It offers two plenary rooms with a capacity of up to 800 people.
