There is no doubt that the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL) managed by Luxembourg Congrès, is one of Europe’s finest conference centres. The ECCL venue is just ideal for hosting large-scale events: conferences, congresses, exhibitions, fashion parades, receptions, product launches, cocktail buffets, AGMs, banquets, seminars, etc. The ECCL is located on the Kirchberg plateau right by the business districts, European institutions and several hotels, yet only 7 km from the international airport and a few minutes from the city centre and main tourist attractions. The Conference Centre comprises two buildings, the first of which regularly hosts the European Union Council of Ministers' meetings; while the second, which was built in the 80s, was the venue for the first European Parliament sessions. The ECCL also has two restaurants. Four hotels are in the immediate vicinity of the Conference Centre.
