Astra is known as a producer/exporter of black and stainless steel tanks and pressure vessels to many European and worldwide countries. We have our own production, engineering, testing and technician departments which pay great attention to detail from design to assembly to satisfy needs of even most demanding client. Astra produces tanks for a wide range of industries: brewery, dairy, food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, storage tanks. We can also provide industrial laundry equipment and have perfect welding and metal working equipment in-house which could be applicable not only for cylindrical tanks but also for various shapes and various purpose equipment. We do production of non-standard products according to technical specifications provided by the customer. Astra offers services such as laser cutting, mechanical machining, punching, pickling and passivation. We are ISO 9001 certified and have implemented ERP system that integrates all stages of the project, from receiving an order to delivery of produced equipment. Each project is individual, so planning is essential, successful planning is determined by factory plant load monitoring, designers' employment awareness, and strict delivery schedule of material deliveries, all of which controls the production deadlines while maintaining the highest quality of production.

VVK, V.Valiuškio company has two factories in Kaunas and Siauliai. Emphasis is given to high quality, assortment development and equipment upgrading. Manufactured zippers have Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate, which certifies that products are not dangerous to human health and the environment. Zippers are tested annually in Intertek laboratory. We produce all kinds of zippers according to customer specified length, color, and amount, as well as strings of polyester and cotton. We sell accessories for furniture manufacturing: polyester thread for sewing and stitching, yarn, Velcro tape, zipper tape and zipper locks, synthetic upholstery belts, synthetic PU and PVC leather. We sell plastic and metal fittings for clothing industry: studs, fasteners, buckles, pants staples, plastic and jeans buttons, magnets, polyester thread, velcro tape, 3M reflective tape, impregnate material and lining, orthopedic accessories and neoprene.
