    UNISPECIAL S.r.l. - Turing Center Company has over 30 years of turning, milling and machining expertise and is located in Vigodarzere, Padua County - Italy. We operate with a team of 25 experts on 1950 square meters of production plant and a continuously updated machine park of 25 numeric control machine tools, including: sliding head CNC lathes with bar passages of ø18, ø20, ø25, and ø40 mm, CNC lathes with spindle, counter-spindle and Y axis, with bar passages of up to ø80 mm, twin spindle, twin turret lathes, 3 and 4 axis work centers capable of machining volumes of 1200x800x800. Our main activity is the production of machined parts, turned and milled parts to drawing in ferrous and non-ferrous material: small precision parts between Ø2 mm and Ø40 mm as well as very long precision parts up to 3600/3700 mm long - our core business; machined parts turned and milled from bars up to Ø80 mm; production of secondary turned parts up to Ø300 mm from slugs or castings. Other in-house processes: thread tapping and rolling, laser marking, keyway slotting, broaching. We can machine all ferrous and non-ferrous materials in rolled, extruded and ground bar stock (including high speed steel, C 35 Pb, C40/45, AISI 303, 304 and 316 stainless steels, steel alloys, titanium, brass, bronze, aluminium and plastics. Batch size: flexible. Highest quality control standards are guaranteed by our Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001: 2015 (SPS and PPAP are provided on customer's request.

    After 25 years of experience, Ricos is now a specialist in manufacturing and processing metal tubes. The in-house building of tooling and the internal R&D Department support the lean and controlled process while looking for the last innovation in metal tube transformation. Ricos offers a wide range of solutions for tube components, including many tubes processing (automated cutting, tube bending, 3D laser cutting) and mechanical processing with tools (shearing, drilling, deep drawing, shaping, and many others). Other solutions available are tapering until a diameter of a maximum of 80 cm, swaging, TIG and MIG automatic welding or braze welding. Finally, a new tube hydroforming machine has been introduced recently. At the end of the production process, chrome plating, varnishing on stainless steel, passivation and other surface treatments help improve the quality of the whole production. After manufacturing and before storing or sending, each item is checked, cleaned, protected, and packed.
