We give shape to polymeric materials in PVC, PVC foam, PP, LDPE, HDPE, HMW, ABS, PC, PMA, PA, TPE-V, POM, PBT, TPU, SBS and WPC PLA. The range of materials that can be extruded is expanding. We liaise with our suppliers in developing special performance materials. We are consistently and actively pushing the boundaries in the research and testing of advanced plastic materials.

Boards and resins for modeling and smeltery. Every material we offer is previously tested and tooled in our production laboratory. For the use of each of them we can supply some tools produced by us or recommend other suitable on the market with the proper usage tecniques. Duplimat is also a supplier of dental digital systems for reverse engineering by means of 3D optical scanners, milling machines and 3D Printers. Duplimat commits in order to provide the best medical and support materials for new generation dental cad-cam, like zirconium, titanium, chromium-cobalt and metalfree blanks. Until now Duplimat never stopped investing in research of new material and more performing ways of using them.
