All our doors are made of low formaldehyde emission panels, compliant with the CARB2 / TSCA cat.6 standard. Decorative elements are free of toxic substances, lacquer are finished with water-based paints, and gluing takes place only with vinyl glues without formaldehyde emission. Founded in Lisbon in 1972, Portend is a traditional family business, typical of the Brianza region. We started out assembling wooden and PVC folding doors. We then chose to develop manufacturing of technical blinds, namely aluminium and wood backscreens. Over the last few years we have specialised in the construction of rails and sliding systems for roman shades, textile blinds and panels.
