Payment: All progressive payments shall be made by the Buyer directly to the Shell Account Holder’s bank account by Funds Transfer (SWIFT MT103) for each Trench Quantity delivered. Buyer shall advance an SBLC across the full shipping term to secure supply of the total long termcontracted quantity.5. Verification: Verification shall be directly and independently on a Bank-to-Bank basis. Promptly upon signing of the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA), the Seller shall advise the Bank issuing the SBLC for the Buyer of the Shell Oil Company’s Receiving Bank co-ordinates. N
