L’attuale “Ristorante Ponte di Briolo” è gestito da Augusto che dal 1988 ha trasformato questo locale in un ristorante dove le tradizioni della cucina bergamasca non sono state abbandonate, ma mantenendo anche un’alta qualità dei prodotti nei nuovi piatti da lui proposti, specialmente di pesce, che ne evidenziano i sapori genuini.
