Panettone Baj undergoes a slow mixing process and only after the right amount of rest is ready to be cooked in a low temperature oven. The result is a natural and soft panettone, raisins and candied fruit inside, which maintains the scent and flavor of its exceptional ingredients for a long time, without adding preservatives or chemical additives. Panettone Baj is more than a healthy gourmet cake because it includes a historical visual book (art nouveau style) with the vintage storytelling of the Baj Family Album and their old Confetteria Baj, a special pastry shop in Santa Redegonda, Piazza del Duomo in Milan, near La Rinascente, the most important luxury department store in the world, where Baj occasionally has an exhibition totem in some holiday periods and special occasions. Therefore it is perfect as a light dessert after meal or an elegant gift, also as a corporate gift with personalized brand packaging. It is distributed in large retail chains, regional retail chains, HoReCa and food and wine shops.
