The tubes are manufactured by continuous forming tube mills using cold-rolled, hot-rolled pickled and galvanized steel strips. EUROTUBI’s entire production is managed and supported by the Technical Department, starting from the analysis of customers’ requirements. While preparing an offer, we analyze and simulate processing technologies and methods, through the 3D modeling and CAD-CAM, study customized solutions for services such as new packaging and new transport systems. We have our own laboratory that guarantees the quality of raw material and of the tubes produced. Our information system registers all the incoming raw materials and allows to trace them throughout and even after production.
