The activity of Distillerie Mazzari involves processing alcoholic raw materials such as wine lees to obtain Ethyl Alcohol and Calcium Tartrate, and subsequently from the latter, Natural Tartaric Acid, from wine to obtain Alcohol and Wine Distillates, and from fruit to obtain Ethyl Alcohol and Fruit Distillates. Various types of denatured alcohols for industrial use are also produced.
