In recent years Shockino Mix Experience has been the protagonist of events and tastings throughout Italy, starting from EXPO2015 at the Salone del Mobile and Salon du Chocolat in Milan, Cibus Parma and Vinitaly in Verona.

Per tanti anni il Confettificio Ferruolo produce e commercializza confetti di ogni genere, permettendo al “Maestro Sor Felice”, come tutt’oggi ancora è conosciuto Felice Basile, di consolidare e migliorare la già ricca esperienza nella produzione di confetti ed altri prodotti dolciari. Un giorno, siamo nel settembre del 1995, dopo diverse prove, MAESTRO SOR FELICE crea una pralina fatta con un chicco di caffè Santos tostato a legna e ricoperto di gustoso cioccolato fondente. Di lì a poco questa pralina sarà conosciuta con il nome di: “Cioccafè”. Il prodotto riscuote subito un successo clamoroso: si acquistano nuovi macchinari, si aumenta il personale e viene depositato a livello internazionale il marchio Cioccafè. Il Maestro Sor Felice, aiutato dai propri figli, Salvatore ed Annalisa sviluppa la Cioccafè dei giorni nostri. La Cioccafè produce praline di cioccolato di vario genere, chicchi di caffè ricoperti di cioccolato, amaretti ricoperti di cioccolato, uvetta aromatizzata al rum e peperoncino ricoperta di cioccolato, con materie prime selezionate e di qualità. Commercializza i propri prodotti in Italia ed nei principali paesi nel mondo con il proprio marchio ma, è in grado di realizzare tutto il packaging a marchio privato.

This excellence has emerged due to Cecilia Tessieri's love of chocolate and dedication to her vision.
