In order to complete our mission for a greener and cleaner environment, for years we have been being engaged in the promoting, marketing and reprocessing of compostable and biodegradable polymers, where Gianeco S.r.l. offers a primary service in Europe. We are proud to be involved and contribute in the recycling of renewable and eco-friendly materials like PLA, PBAT, PHA, PHB, PCL, PBS. The idea behind bio-based polymers is to replace the fossil oil carbons by carbons obtained from renewable and eco-friendly sources (sugars in plants), in other words, to create polymers from renewable natural resources and allow packaging to decompose quickly and get back to nature.

Castextrusion 29 years of quality, innovation and leadership. The activity of castextrusion began in 1985 in the plastic industry. In 1986 the first rewinder was built for extensible film and in 1987 the industrial development of the company began. The first flat-head plant systems were built, fully automated, from raw material granulated LLDPE to the finished product, reels of extensible film with a diameter of 500 per 500 of strip, prepared automatically on pallets on 1, 2 levels, light plants 500/1000/1500. Six plants were built for the group Dario Manuli of Novara San Pietro Mosezzo. Since then RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT have been the core of which the company has always been based on, and every year new projects are realized. Today the production of the Company is divided into 6 different sectors. Flat-head fully automated plant systems. High speed rewinder for extensible film. Semi-automatic rewinder for the production of manual coils and reels 100/125.
