A man that instinctively chose to seize a personal opportunity that later turned out to be a chance to work for many other people. M P initially started with 5 workers and now the company has about 40 workers becoming one of the major producers of plastic and paper bags, flexible packaging and plastic films for the industrial and food sector in the south of Italy.

Founded in 1967, SI.SAC SPA, has been producing polyethylene films for covering greenhouses and tunnels for over 50 years . . The manufacturing plant is located in Ragusa, in Southern Sicily, an important agricultural area with a strong presence of protected crops in greenhouses. The production is mainly focused on the agricultural sector including the following highly qualified and innovative items : - greenhouses coverage films - mulching films - silage films - industrial films. In the last years, SISAC has revamped the plant introducing an advanced multilayer technology. Since 2018 SI.SAC. has invested in a new five - layer co- extrusion plant with a high production capacity of more than 30 tons daily. In the last 4 years, SISAC has expanded his businees into foreign markets and in particular: Portugal; Spain; Malta and Balkan areas (Romania; Bulgaria, Moldova).
CASTEXTRUSION PLASTIC MACHINERY

Castextrusion 29 years of quality, innovation and leadership. The activity of castextrusion began in 1985 in the plastic industry. In 1986 the first rewinder was built for extensible film and in 1987 the industrial development of the company began. The first flat-head plant systems were built, fully automated, from raw material granulated LLDPE to the finished product, reels of extensible film with a diameter of 500 per 500 of strip, prepared automatically on pallets on 1, 2 levels, light plants 500/1000/1500. Six plants were built for the group Dario Manuli of Novara San Pietro Mosezzo. Since then RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT have been the core of which the company has always been based on, and every year new projects are realized. Today the production of the Company is divided into 6 different sectors. Flat-head fully automated plant systems. High speed rewinder for extensible film. Semi-automatic rewinder for the production of manual coils and reels 100/125.
