Our oil is exclusively made from olives produced in the surrounding areas: the hills of Monte Cassano all'Ionio, surrounded by the Piana di Sibari and slowly evolving towards the Gulf of Taranto. This is the area where Roggianella is cultivated, which grows strong and luxuriant thanks to the climate and soil type for the production of the fruit that is then processed into extra virgin olive oil exclusively by cold pressing.
