Lucedentro is a company founded in 2006, based in Sassuolo, Italy. We deal with photo-luminescent applications and we have made of versatility one of our strengths. The peculiarity of photoluminescence is its capacity of automatically recharge itself with solar or artificial light, giving it back in the dark and glowing up to 9 hours. Photoluminescent pigments can be applied on many different materials such as glass, wood, paper, plastic or metals. The pigments used by Lucedentro are not perishable, are not toxic or radioactive. The presence of heavy metals is well below the limits prescribed by European and American standards for categories of products such as cosmetics and toys. We work with both european and global partners: one of our favorite project was for garden landscaping in Ryoan-ji Park in Kyoto, Japan We are a research and development company, always up to innovation and for latest solutions in our field. We particularly care about energy saving and respect for the environment. Lucedentro crosses over many fields: design, security, building materials and energy savings. The organization collaborates with the University of Bologna (Department of Work and Organizational Psychology) and is incubated within Almacube (via Giuseppe Fanin 48). Unveil Consulting offers Reveal, a web application which help the organizations to develop the potential and the soft skills of their employees. The Reveal methology is based on a gamified structure which motivate and engage the personnel in a self-development journey. On the other side, the organization receives informations about the soft skills and the informal communication of its employees in order to plan specific interventions to improve the efficiency and the organizational performance. The leather bags, belts and accessories of Officina N.11 are born from the experience of more than thirty years of Francesco Banzola in the leather accessories sector, in contact with the most important and innovative realities of Italian fashion. In 2015 Francesco leaves his old workshop in the suburbs and, in collaboration with Marta Casadio, opens Officina n.11, in a more central position: via Evangelista Torricelli 11, a stone's throw from the splendid Piazza del Popolo, in Faenza. Officina N.11 leather bags are suitable for everyday use, but also for elegant occasions. Their "lived" appearance derives from particular processes, such as water dyeing, waxing, brushing and other hand-made treatments. These processes give the Officina N.11 bags a never uniform appearance, which is one of the most appreciated features and makes them unique and unrepeatable pieces. Bags, belts, wallets and other leather accessories are real design objects, which acquire charm with time and daily use.
