We produce and transform the fruit from our region into extra jams with a minimum of 65% to 85% pure fruit puree. We primarily cultivate the Quince and transform it into dried Sicilian Quince paste or jarred. Production of Extra Fruit Jams made only from the finest quality. Our production is done over direct heat and, above all, without the addition of water, just Fruit, Sugar, and Lemon Juice.
